Churchwell, Angela C. passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2008, age 32 years. Loving mother of Lily Rose and Justice William Hoff. Cherished daughter of Mary L.P. Zimmerman DC and Sherman L. Zimmerman. Loving partner of Floyd Hoff. Beloved sister of Dawn Churchwell. Aunt of Christen Lewis and Catherine Harmon. Also survived by many loving friends.
